4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

6.1 Birthday Bonus

Bonus tiers are determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of the birthday. Birthday bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement and expire7 days after issuance.

6.2 Referal Programme

Both the referrer and the referee must maintain active accounts in good standing for the referal bonus to be credited. 7 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 65bet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet, except in the case of a demonstrable system error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating, accessing, or using multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or poker environments.

9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 65bet's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

65bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

11 Responsible Gambling

Termination by 65bet: 65bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

13 Amendments to These Terms

65bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
